About the Brand
Curiopedia is a Gurgaon based brand with a unique and artistic approach driven by curiosity to design and develop bespoke souvenirs and offering a wide range of gifting solutions.
We take inspiration directly from the “Vocal for Local” campaign that is championed by the Indian government & our mission is to carefully design and develop products that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing to keep up with the evolving needs of contemporary living.
Shipping Policy
All of our stock is shipped out of Gurgaon, India within 72 hours of receiving the order. However for all customized orders, pre-bookings and bulk orders the timeline may vary anywhere between 3 – 7 business days for dispatch, in case of exceptional situations or further delays, someone from Curiopedia may personally contact you on the contact number provided at the time of booking or placing and order.

Returns Policy
Damaged/Broken Goods/Wrong Product
In the most unlikely event if the product received is damaged or of wrong description, please get in touch with us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will happily arrange for a replacement, exchange or a full refund for you. Please note the return shipment cost is borne by you.
While contacting us, kindly share an unboxing video along with pictures highlighting the damage/defect of the product. Please note that the returned item must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging. Once we receive the package, we will initiate a refund within 2 business day of receipt. Once we initiate a refund, we recommend that you wait for 5 to 7 working days before contacting your payment provider.
How to Return
Print & complete the Returns Form by and enclose in the return package. Please retain the return receipt until we confirm the processing of your request on email.
